Record

• M – Mint Condition – brand new and no signs of play.
• EX – Excellent. Used, but no signs of scratches.
• VG – Very Good. Light scratches and or wear, playings fine.
• G – Good. Light scratches or minor warps no skipping but may have minor surface noise and groove wear.
• P – Poor. Major scratches and or badly warped. The Record will not play without skipping

Labels

• M – Mint Condition – brand new and no signs of play.
• EX – Excellent.  Used, but no marks.
• VG – Very Good. Minor markings or discolouration.
• G – Good. Markings, stains, minor tears, writing on label, use of correction fluid or additional labels (stickers).
• P – Poor. Tears or major wear and fadingor and or (writing on label).
